Chirawa, Jhunjhunu for offence u\/Ss.341, 323, 324, 325, 326 and 307\/34 IPC is hereby rejected. However, petitioner would be entitled to apply for bail again before the court of sessions itself after the statement of injured witness Bharat Singh is recorded.
