3. The brieftacts oi’ <\/p>\n
On 4.   ‘Biannappa was
\nriding Ba;-aj   Reg.1\\\u00a7o.AP–22\/I3-
\n5934   along with the<\/p>\n
claimant Rajah as”vpiiiion””rid’er, near Wadagera cross on<\/p>\n
 Yagiri_\u00a7fShaha\u00a7\u00a7ui’i. road, at about 9.00 am, the<\/p>\n
  who was driving the Tractor bearing<\/p>\n
lilieggih’-Ir).K;\u00a7i3_32ffI”\u00a52454 came in a rash and negligent<\/p>\n
‘Vmanner “fvroni.V opposite direction and dashed against the<\/p>\n
 “..Scxoot.eAr.V”‘ As a result, both of them fell down and<\/p>\n
ristigstiained grievous injuries. Hence, they filed two<\/p>\n
 separate cia\u00e9m petitions seeking compensation. The Tribunal,<\/p>\n

after Consideration of oral and documentary evidenc~e”‘on.4A4<\/p>\n
record, by impugned judgment has  V’<\/p>\n
Rs.55,000\/– and Rs.45,000\/– with’i1*1terest_:v.atV:v93%’-‘.paxW it<\/p>\n
respectively. Aggrieved _ by   it <\/p>\n
compensation awarded, the ciaiarnants are ina=ppea_if<\/p>\n

lgshaft feniur of left leg as evident from the wound<\/p>\n
certifi_cate Ex.P–3 and supported by the oral evidence of<\/p>\n
  claimant and the Doctor who were examined as<\/p>\n
PW-l and PW~4 respectively. The claimant has <\/p>\n
that he was earning a sum of Rs.4,0()0\/ — by  ~<\/p>\n
a blacksmith. But the same i:s'”‘no.t    <\/p>\n
producing any documentary Vevidefnce’;_ <\/p>\n
though noticed the disability  the  “lat
\n65% to the limb and  4C:%_j4the~.whole”body. has
\ndeclined to award  ftotiiard,:s,lzfiiture loss of

 body is on the higher side. It is just and proper to<\/p>\n
 assess the disability caused to the whole body at 10%.<\/p>\n
