Siri Jagan, J.\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                       W.P(C) No. 2018 of 2011\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n               Dated this, the 20th day of January, 2011.\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, while working as Junior Public Health Nurse<\/p>\n<p>Grade I in the Primary Health Centre, Kodikulam, Idukki District,<\/p>\n<p>was promoted as Lady Health Inspector (Public Health Nurse) and<\/p>\n<p>posted at Primary Health Centre, Vanimel, Kozhikode District. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner belongs to Thodupuzha and she has contracted an inter-<\/p>\n<p>caste marriage. Her husband is a serving B.S.F. Jawan and is now<\/p>\n<p>working in a sensitive area in the Indo-Pakistan border. She has got<\/p>\n<p>two daughters. According to the petitioner, there are vacancies in<\/p>\n<p>Idukki to which the petitioner can be accommodated. Seeking that<\/p>\n<p>relief, the petitioner has filed Exts.P4 and P5 applications before the<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 and P5 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<br \/>\n      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition   with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Exts.P4 and P5, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
