Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :18\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n             ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.3887 of 2010\n            ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 18th day of October, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.249 of<\/p>\n<p>2010 of Cheruthuruthi Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 323, 324 &amp; 452 read with Section 34 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioners and the other circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge of the police station concerned to release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners on bail for a period of one month in the event of<\/p>\n<p>their arrest in connection with the above case on each of them<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.3887\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.     The petitioners shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>                    Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>                    11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2.       The petitioners shall make themselves<\/p>\n<p>                    available   for     interrogation  including<\/p>\n<p>                    custodial  interrogation    as   and   when<\/p>\n<p>                    required by the Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.     The petitioners shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                    intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>                    shall they attempt to tamper with the<\/p>\n<p>                    evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.     The petitioners shall not commit any<\/p>\n<p>                    offence while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.
