P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Although the petitioner is named in the first information<\/p>\n<p>                    report but only a suspicion has been raised against him on the ground<\/p>\n<p>                    that petitioner had purchased land from the deceased and on 19.6.2010<\/p>\n<p>                    the deceased had gone to the house of the petitioner, but his dead body<\/p>\n<p>                    was recovered on 20.6.2010 from well.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Admittedly, none of the person has seen the actual killing of<\/p>\n<p>                    the deceased and it appears from perusal of the first information report<\/p>\n<p>                    itself that it was the petitioner who had informed the informant about<\/p>\n<p>                    the death of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances, let the petitioner, Ramji Rajbanshi, be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                    on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Nalanda at Biharshrif in Rajgir P.S.
