RAVINDRAN, JJ.\n           ----------------------------------------------------\n                        W.A.NO.1337 OF 2008\n            ----------------------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 26th day of June, 2008.\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Koshy, J:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      By the impugned judgment, the 3rd respondent was directed<\/p>\n<p>to finalise the seniority list. The learned Single Judge did not make<\/p>\n<p>any observation on merit regarding entitlement of any of the parties<\/p>\n<p>involved. The direction was to finalise the seniority list within three<\/p>\n<p>months after considering the objections received.         Nobody can be<\/p>\n<p>said to have been aggrieved by the above decision. It is submitted<\/p>\n<p>that identical dispute   was placed before the Division Bench in W.P.<\/p>\n<p>(C).No.27694\/2006 and the Division Bench also vacated the stay<\/p>\n<p>already granted. In any event, if seniority list is not finalised as<\/p>\n<p>per law, aggrieved parties can challenge the same according to law.<\/p>\n<p>Seniority list even if finalised will be subject to the findings of the<\/p>\n<p>Division Bench in W.P.(C).No.27694\/2006.<\/p>\n<p>      With the observation, the writ appeal is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                       J.B.
