V  the wife of the deceased is shown as 38 years<\/p>\n
A in the. claim petition. In her cross–examination she has<\/p>\n
 A stated that her deceased husband was 30 years old and<\/p>\n
it  was 26 years at the time of their marriage.<\/p>\n
 Therefore the Tribunal has rightly considered the age of<\/p>\n
the deceased between 50 and 55 years at the time of his<\/p>\n

death. The claimants in support of their contention that
\nthe deceased was earning ?.5,000\/- pm. by doing<\/p>\n
