Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t  \t\t     Government Advocate \n                                       \t\t\t\t\t  \t       \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner forthwith as Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have issued a proceedings calling upon the petitioner to produce certain documents. The petitioner counsel prays for a directions to consider this representation to be made in this regard.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to consider his claim as above. The respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
