No.38390 of 2010\n                             KRISHNADEO PRASAD CHAURASIA\n                                                Versus\n                                         STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.      10.03.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Torture is followed by second marriage with another lady.<\/p>\n<p>                      Submission of the learned counsel for petitioner is that complainant&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                      marriage is 35 years ago and marriage with another lady is also 17 years<\/p>\n<p>                      ago with sister of the complainant with her and her family members&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>                      consent, otherwise there is no justification about keeping mum for such<\/p>\n<p>                      a long period.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                      date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, the above named<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                      Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Complaint Case No.2238C of 2008, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                      conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<pre>Vikash                                                            ( Mandhata Singh, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Krishnadeo Prasad Chaurasia vs State Of Bihar on 10 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
