Tazpur, District\n                     Darbhanga.\n                                                                            -------Petitioners\n                                                    Versus\n                     The State Of Bihar\n                                                                       -----Opposite Party\n                                               ----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>                            For the Petitioners :- Mr. Ram Shankar Pandey, Adv.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   Mr. Shyam Nandan Choudhary, Adv.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                            For the State        :- Mr. Atul Chandra, A.P.P.\n                                               ----------------\n\n02\/-   26.09.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The three petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                     Sections 323, 379, 420, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, are named<\/p>\n<p>                     accused in this complaint case, arising out of a dispute relating to<\/p>\n<p>                     transfer of the land for which money was taken twenty one years<\/p>\n<p>                     back.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Submission is that subsequent allegation regarding<\/p>\n<p>                     snatching of Hansuli etc. are exaggerated.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                     the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                     four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with<\/p>\n<p>                     two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Samstipur, in connection with Complaint Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 844\/2010, T.R.
