Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :18\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.GIRI, J\n                      -------------------\n                  W.P.(C).31996\/2008\n                     --------------------\n         Dated this the 18th day of June, 2009\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner responded to a notification issued by<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent for award of distributorship of LPG<\/p>\n<p>in Chazhoor. Ext.P1 is the notification published in<\/p>\n<p>the newspaper.     Ext.P2 is a more detailed version<\/p>\n<p>published on the website. Petitioner participated in<\/p>\n<p>the selection and ultimately higher marks were<\/p>\n<p>awarded to the contesting respondents and hence the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition praying for several reliefs. One of the<\/p>\n<p>reliefs prayed for relates to the validity of clause 14(1)<\/p>\n<p>and (2) of Ext.P2 inter alia to the extent to which the<\/p>\n<p>clause contemplates higher marks, to be awarded for<\/p>\n<p>a better financial stability, to be demonstrated by the<\/p>\n<p>participants.   Learned counsel           for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied<\/p>\n<p>with a direction to the Territory Manager to consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6, a comprehensive representation.<\/p>\n<p>2.    I heard learned counsel for the 2nd respondent<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).31996\/08<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>also in this regard.
