I am not inclined to exercise my<\/p>\n<p>discretionary jurisdiction to interfere with Ext.P7 judgment, since the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has an effective alternative remedy by way of revision<\/p>\n<p>before the National Commission.          Therefore, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge<\/p>\n<p>the impugned order in revision before the National Commission<\/p>\n<p>appropriately. To enable the petitioner to file a revision and seek<\/p>\n<p>interim orders, I direct that the interim order passed in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition would continue to be in force for a period of two months.<\/p>\n<p>Counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the effect that the period<\/p>\n<p>during which the writ petition was pending before this court may be<\/p>\n<p>excluded for the purpose of limitation.
