Safi son of Asgar Mian,resident of\n               Mohalla Dargaha,Ward No.22,P.S.Bettiah\n                    Town, District West Champaran\n                                Versus\n                         The State Of Bihar\n                  ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>                 For the petitioner: Mr.Arjun Pd.No.I<br \/>\n                     For the State : Mr.Addl.P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 &#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>02\/   19.10.2011          Heard learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner     and    learned       counsel       for<\/p>\n<p>                  the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioner is an accused<\/p>\n<p>                  in a case which has been registered<\/p>\n<p>                  for offences under Sections 457 and<\/p>\n<p>                  380 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                           The   petitioner         has    mentioned<\/p>\n<p>                  in    paragraphs      11    and     12     of    the<\/p>\n<p>                  application that besides the present<\/p>\n<p>                  case he is accused in two more cases<\/p>\n<p>                  for offence under Section 379 of the<\/p>\n<p>                  Indian   Penal     Code     and    except       those<\/p>\n<p>                  two   cases,    no    other      case     has    been<\/p>\n<p>                  lodged against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Submission is that nothing was<\/p>\n<p>                  recovered      from        the    house    of     the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Considering        the    facts       and<\/p>\n<p>          circumstances      of   the   case,   let    the<\/p>\n<p>          above named petitioner be released on<\/p>\n<p>          bail   on   furnishing        bail    bond   of<\/p>\n<p>          Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>          two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>          to the satisfaction of learned Chief<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial    Magistrate,       Bettiah    (West<\/p>\n<p>          Champaran) in Bettiah Town P.S.Case<\/p>\n<p>          No. 300 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nTahir\/-                   (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
