 tor-Vitf\ufb01ng-ineveringiiCourse (BE) in the year 2002-03. He<\/p>\n
    the 151 semester examination in the year<\/p>\n
2A002~03″_[vgianuary, 2003). He secured Z\ufb01d Ciass in the<\/p>\n
 said zex\u00e9tmination. However, in the 2nd semester, the<\/p>\n
 –..Vpeti_i:ioner failed in one subject. Subsequently, the<\/p>\n

petitioner joined Sid Semester in the year 2003-04 and<\/p>\n
failed to appear for laboratory (practical) exani’iri’atio;1s.<\/p>\n
Petitioner took up 3rd and 4″‘ semester ex_ainina1ions.””inl’v.<\/p>\n
the year 2005-06. He failed inthe <\/p>\n
Thus, he was declared to   <\/p>\n
semesters till he cor11pletes’tll*i’e..yearlier  <\/p>\n
2. By the  the petitioner
\nrequested for readrnission  in the
\nyear   syllabus was adopted
\nby the the petitioner had
\nto   in the year 2007-08 for 3rd
\nsemesterlu ”    the petitioner has not<\/p>\n
conzlpleted the V-..3?ffl____sr:mester. Since the petitioner has<\/p>\n
\u00bb alread.y’\u00abspent__8 years in the Course, his admission to<\/p>\n
0′   automatically cancelled in View of the<\/p>\n
 Re\u00a7lula’ti,on4lNos.OB6.1 and 0136.2, which read thus:–<\/p>\n

\nCourse. Hence, this writ petition is filed praying for a
\ndirection to the respondents to permit the petitioner to

was   ‘adoption of new syllabus by
\nthe  2006, he cannot get over<\/p>\n
Reg11_1ation’  The said Regulation of the<\/p>\n
  cleatrvluymtvreveals that the candidate shall<\/p>\n
  “theV:fcourse Within a period of eight academic<\/p>\n
ye~arsV__vfrop;31’Atthe date of first admission, failing which<\/p>\n
 has to discontinue the Course. It is not in<\/p>\n
it ‘~~V_d’i–s-pute that the petitioner being the student of BE<\/p>\n

\nhave to discontinue automatically in View of Regulation
