Respondents \n\nPRAYER:  Original Application No.6534 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, praying to  direct the respondents to appoint the applicant in any one of the Government Hospital as per the seniority list sent by the Nursing Council of Tamil Nau.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\t\t     For Petitioner     :  No Appearance\t\t\t\t\t\t    \n\t\t     For Respondents :  Mr.S.Shivashnamugam,\n \t\t\t\t\t\tGovernment Advocate \n\n\n\t\t\t\t\tO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tOriginal Application No.6534 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, praying to  direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any one of the Government Hospital as per the seniority list sent by the Nursing Council of Tamil Nadu.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t2.At the time of final hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.  It is not clear as to whether the petitioner has gainfully employed either in the first respondent Department or elsewhere.  If the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner is entitled to make further representation to the first respondent or any other appropriate authority as the case may be,  to consider her claim for appointment, if not already employed. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of on merits within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.  This writ petition is ordered as above.
