Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 139 of 2010 instituted under Sections 25(1-B), A\/26 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    It is alleged that recovery of unlicensed weapon<\/p>\n<p>                     from his custody on the eve of elections. He is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     8.10.2010. It is alleged that there is no independent witness to<\/p>\n<p>                     the seizure list.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Be that as it may, petitioner, namely, Ramesh<\/p>\n<p>                     Mehta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                     of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Birpur in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Birpur P.S.
