Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The petitioners in this application     have prayed for<br \/>\nissuance of a direction to the respondents to decide upon the objection<br \/>\npetition dated 31.10.2008 ( annexure 3)     filed by the petitioners before<br \/>\nproceeding in the Permission Case No. 1703R811\/2008-09.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel for the petitioner explains     that the<br \/>\npetitioners had earlier sought permission under section 46 of CNT Act and<br \/>\nit was granted to him on 19.11.2005. The petitioners have learnt that<br \/>\nsubsequently the present Case No. 1703R811\/2008-09 has been filed by the<br \/>\nrespondents no.3 to 7 seeking permission under section 46 of the C.N.T.<br \/>\nAct, for the same land to which the petitioners have filed their objection<br \/>\non 31.10.2008 before the respondent no. 2, namely, the Land Revenue<br \/>\nDeputy Collector, Ranchi, who has not disposed of the objection petition<br \/>\nand yet, has proposed to pass final orders in the aforesaid Permission<br \/>\nCase without first deciding upon the objection.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel for the State is present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Though no counter affidavit has been filed, but from the<br \/>\naverments made in the writ petition and the annexures thereto, it appears<br \/>\nthat the petitioner had earlier obtained permission under section 46 of the<br \/>\nCNT for transfer of the land under dispute. It also appears that on a fresh<br \/>\npermission sought by the respondents no. 3 to 7, the petitioners have filed<br \/>\ntheir objection which is pending for disposal by the learned court below.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Considering the aforesaid fact, the respondent no. 2 is<br \/>\ndirected to hear the petitioners on their objection petition and dispose of<br \/>\n the same within two months from the date of receipt\/production of a<br \/>\ncopy of this order, after hearing all the parties concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    With the above observation, this application is disposed<br \/>\nof at the stage of admission itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Let a copy of this order be given to the learned counsel<br \/>\nfor the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<pre>Ambastha\/                                          (D.G.R.
