No body else in the<br \/>\n                                                  University Polytechnic has knowledge to use this<br \/>\n                                                  sophisticated instrument.\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.     The policy of the University in general This is not a personal chamber. It is part of Laboratory<br \/>\n        and Polytechnic in particular regarding in which sophisticated instrument requiring Air<br \/>\n        installation of an Air Conditioner (AC&#8217;s) Conditioner (AC&#8217;s) has been installed.<br \/>\n         in the personal chamber of the teachers.\n<\/p>\n<p>  5. However, a copy of the comments of Principal University Polytechnic is enclosed<br \/>\nherewith.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Dr. Mohd. Naved Khan,<br \/>\nRespondent: Dr. S. Iqbal Ali<br \/>\nThe appellant pointed out that categorical information had not been provided in respect of the<br \/>\nfirst three points.
