Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                   permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petition in course of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offence punishable under sections 372 and 373\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted that the victim Anguri Khatoon has<\/p>\n<p>                   already been recovered. Her statement has also been recorded under<\/p>\n<p>                   section 164 Cr.P.C. She has named the petitioner, his wife and one<\/p>\n<p>                   Manoj Kumar as the persons who took her away and she suspected<\/p>\n<p>                   that they would have taken her to some other place. A co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                   Manoj Kumar has already been granted bail by order dated<\/p>\n<p>                   24.6.2011 passed in Cr.Misc. No.18435 of 2011 by another Bench<\/p>\n<p>                   of this court and the petitioner is in custody since 21.7.2011. It is<\/p>\n<p>                   also submitted that the case of the petitioner and that of co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                   Manoj Kumar who has already been granted bail stands on identical<\/p>\n<p>                   footing.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>        Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.
