JUSTICE MAHESH BHAGWATI<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ravi Shankar Sharma, for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Amit Punia, Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThis order governs the disposal of  bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Ravi Shankar Sharma Advocate on behalf of the applicant Sundar pertaining to F.I.R. No. 425\/2009 at police station Kotputali, Jaipur Rural, Jaipur, in the offences under Sections 454, 354, 376\/511 of IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHeard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner has canvassed that the police after completion of investigation has filed the charge-sheet in the court against the petitioner. He has been in custody for quite a long time and the case is pending trial, which is likely to take time, as such, he may be granted indulgence of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail petition on the ground that there is ample evidence on record against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tHaving considered the submissions made at the bar and carefully scanned the relevant material available on record, I, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, do feel inclined to grant indulgence of bail to the accused petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tIt is, therefore, ordered that the accused petitioner Sundar S\/o. Chirangi Lal Meena in F.I.R.
