Two other co-accused Tahir and Nassar have already been granted anticipatory bail. The only allegation against the petitioner is that of extortion and not of causing any injury. There is no other case against the accused-petitioner. He is in jail for last more than a month. Trial may take a long.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHaving regard to the facts aforesaid and considering all other facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn the result, this bail application u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner  Hameed S\/o Shri Hurmat shall be released on bail in FIR No.120\/2010 registered at P.S.
