Respondents\n\n\tPetition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a\nWrit of Habeas Corpus on the petitioner's petition in C.S.R.No. 152\/11 dated\n28.10.2011, which is pending before the second respondent and directing the\nrespondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely,\nSannath Brathosh, aged 15 years, before this Court and handover the custody to\nthe petitioner.\n\n!For petitioner\t... Mr.A.Ramar,\n\t\t    Addl.Public Prosecutor\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by<br \/>\nM.JAICHANDREN, J.)<br \/>\n\tThis Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be<br \/>\npleased to produce the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Sannath Brathosh,<br \/>\naged about 15 years, before this Court, and to set her at liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.The second respondent had produced the detenue before this Court, today.<br \/>\nOn enquiry, the detenue had stated that she had been kidnapped by one Ayyasamy,<br \/>\nagainst whom a case had been registered in Crime No.252 of 2011, under Section<br \/>\n366-A of the Indian Penal Code, on the file of the Watrap Police Station,<br \/>\nVirudhunagar District. She had also stated that she is willing to go along with<br \/>\nthe petitioner, who is her mother.
