RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n               Bail Application No. 1667 of 2010\n                   ----------------------------------\n             Dated this the 5th day of April, 2010.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.125 of 2010 of Ranni<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 324 and 308<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have his application for bail considered by<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the investigating officer on 16-04-2010 or 17-04-<\/p>\n<p>2010 for the purpose of interrogation and recovery of incriminating<\/p>\n<p>material, if any.
