SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 17\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tBy<br \/>\nway of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,<br \/>\npetitioners have prayed for an appropriate writ, direction or order<br \/>\nquashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 04.09.2010 passed<br \/>\nby the Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, State of Gujarat in<br \/>\nRevision Application No.42\/2009 in not granting the interim relief as<br \/>\nprayed for and\/or not extending the interim relief further, during<br \/>\nthe pendency and final disposal of the aforesaid Revision Application<br \/>\nNo.42\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tShri<br \/>\nP.S. Oza, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has<br \/>\nstated at the Bar that if a suitable direction is issued directing<br \/>\nthe Revisional Authority to decide and dispose of the Revision<br \/>\nApplication No.42\/2009 within stipulated time, petitioners will be<br \/>\nsatisfied and they do not press for other reliefs.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above and considering the request made by the learned<br \/>\nadvocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, present petition is<br \/>\ndismissed as not pressed.
