(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>               Notice at this stage to the learned counsel for respondents<\/p>\n<p>No.1 and 2 only.\n<\/p>\n<p>              On our asking, Mr. S.K. Bishnoi, D.A.G., Haryana accepts<\/p>\n<p>notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, after having<\/p>\n<p>gone through the pleadings in the instant writ petition, states that it is not<\/p>\n<p>necessary to file a formal reply to the averments made in the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>He also acknowledges that the controversy raised in the instant case is<\/p>\n<p>identical to the one, adjudicated upon by this Court in &#8220;R.K. Suneja and<\/p>\n<p>another vs. State of Haryana and others (CWP No.9517 of 2008,<\/p>\n<p>decided on 10-11-2008).\n<\/p>\n<p>              In view of the above, learned counsel for the rival parties are<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CWP No.21605 of 2008                                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>agreed that the instant writ petition be disposed of in terms of the order<\/p>\n<p>passed by this Court in R.K. Suneja&#8217;s case (supra).<\/p>\n<p>            Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2, either in<\/p>\n<p>person or through counsel on 28-01-2009.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                             (J.S.
