\nRs.2,50,\u00a2lClil\/is  B_heemavva aged 17 years.<\/p>\n

contending inter ‘alia-that’ her daughter was doing milk vending<\/p>\n
“”~bi1si1je5e-.sEandvp_ was “earning Rs.6,000\/– per month. As the post<\/p>\n
  disclosed the age of the deceased as 17 years<\/p>\n
and. a’slPW– diydlnot produce any document to establish that<\/p>\n
Cher daughterl was doing milk vending business, the Tribunal<\/p>\n
  the income of the deceased at Rs.15,000\/– p.a.<\/p>\n
MFA 6088.08<\/p>\n
considering the deceased as a<\/p>\n
non earning member. Adopting the relevant multiplier’~.of~.ip16<\/p>\n
dependency is worked at Rs.2,40,000\/-. Towards _<\/p>\n
and affection, a sum of Rs.5,000\/- is awarded~’~<\/p>\n
sum of Rs.5,000\/ — is awarded towards’ funeral 4erx.pe.n’se8s’;8:’Thu;s,l<\/p>\n
in all Rs.2,50,000\/- is awardedf <\/p>\n
3. I have heard the lear_ned~v.cou_nse1.appearing for the
\nappellants.\n<\/p>\n
4. Though’ -the  c~o\\ti.nsel”;\u00absubmits that the
\nTribunal wasg-in   8quantifying’:tl1eV_ compensation without<\/p>\n
deducting anyiiarnouritp tovvards_personal expenses, having due
\nregard to the ‘totaiity’oifVt.he..ifa’cts and circumstances involved in<\/p>\n
the present cased, ‘particularly, the evidence on record which<\/p>\n
