Basheer, J.\n\n      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Contempt Case (Civil)No. 1146 OF 2005\n      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 22nd day of October, 2009\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Basheer, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     When this Contempt Case is taken up for consideration<\/p>\n<p>today, it is brought to our notice that a sum of Rs.1,06,994\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees One lakh six thousand nine hundred and ninety four<\/p>\n<p>only) has been paid by the respondent Society at the<\/p>\n<p>intervention of the Joint Registrar(General), Kottayam who is<\/p>\n<p>present in Court. He submits that he and his predecessor<\/p>\n<p>have advanced the requisite fund to the Society which has<\/p>\n<p>undertaken to reimburse the same to them after disposal of<\/p>\n<p>the property belonging to the said society.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Any how, the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that the petitioner has received the entire sum and<\/p>\n<p>that there is no further monetary claim against the Society.<\/p>\n<p>The receipt issued by the petitioner has been produced along<\/p>\n<p>with the affidavit filed by the Joint Registrar. In that view of<\/p>\n<p>CCC No.1146 OF 2005<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the matter, the Contempt Case is closed.  Respondents are<\/p>\n<p>discharged.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     S.R.
