The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0 was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Mohali\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0 the\u00a0NIC\u00a0while\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Jalandhar\u00a0studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n<p>3.     The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0wanted\u00a0to\u00a0know\u00a0if\u00a0a\u00a0certain\u00a0branch\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0had\u00a0an\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>account\u00a0 in \u00a0 the\u00a0 name\u00a0 of\u00a0 her\u00a0 late \u00a0 father\u00a0 and\u00a0 some\u00a0 further\u00a0 details\u00a0 about\u00a0 that\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>account.\u00a0The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0informed\u00a0her\u00a0that\u00a0there\u00a0was\u00a0no\u00a0such\u00a0account\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n branch\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0the\u00a0available\u00a0records\u00a0there.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0submitted\u00a0that,\u00a0in\u00a01997,\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0had\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>confirmed\u00a0that\u00a0there\u00a0was\u00a0an\u00a0account\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0her\u00a0late\u00a0father\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>branch\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0a\u00a0certain\u00a0amount\u00a0was\u00a0outstanding\u00a0in\u00a0that\u00a0account.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>her\u00a0opinion,\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0unlikely\u00a0that\u00a0there\u00a0were\u00a0no\u00a0records\u00a0about\u00a0that\u00a0account\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>branch.\u00a0On\u00a0the\u00a0other\u00a0hand,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0they\u00a0had\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>records\u00a0since\u00a02001\u00a0but\u00a0did\u00a0not\u00a0find\u00a0any\u00a0reference\u00a0to\u00a0any\u00a0account\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0late\u00a0father\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0in\u00a0those\u00a0records.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5.     We\u00a0think\u00a0in\u00a0 these\u00a0circumstances,\u00a0it\u00a0 would\u00a0be\u00a0appropriate\u00a0 if\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>would\u00a0conduct\u00a0a\u00a0fresh\u00a0search\u00a0for\u00a0this\u00a0particular\u00a0account\u00a0and\u00a0find\u00a0out\u00a0if\u00a0there\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>was\u00a0any\u00a0reference\u00a0to\u00a0it\u00a0in\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0available\u00a0record\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0branch.\u00a0If,\u00a0however,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>after\u00a0a\u00a0renewed\u00a0search,\u00a0it\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0discovered\u00a0that\u00a0no\u00a0such\u00a0account\u00a0any\u00a0longer\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>existed\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0branch\u00a0records,\u00a0this\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0confirmed\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>sworn\u00a0affidavit\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0of\u00a0receiving\u00a0this\u00a0order.\u00a0We\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0do\u00a0so\u00a0without\u00a0fail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     The\u00a0appeal\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0off\u00a0accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
