Learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   now   submits   that<\/p>\n<p>matter   has   become   infructuous.     If   no   amount   was   paid   and   if<\/p>\n<p>account   was   not   settled,   obviously,   the   lender   is   well   within<\/p>\n<p>authority to confirm any sale under the SARFAESI Act.  Hence this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     THOTTATHIL B.
