Parliament has already disapproved it as a law  for prospective application. As for old cases, the TADA can continue to be  applied to cases such as Rajiv Gandhi Assassination case and cases relating to  terrorism in Kashmir and Punjab provided these are dealt with absolutely fairly.  The rest of the cases should be dealt with under other laws of the land.
