Narpatganj, District\n                           Araria.\n                                                                           -------Petitioners\n                                                   Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                                                        -----Opposite Party\n                                                 -------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   17\/10\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                      and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State,<\/p>\n<p>                      who is armed with carbon copy of the case diary up to<\/p>\n<p>                      paragraph &#8211; 90 dated 22.11.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      During course of the day learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                      for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary<\/p>\n<p>                      correction in the application as regard to petitioner no.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                      7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                      After some argument, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this<\/p>\n<p>                      application as regard to petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4 &amp; 5 with<\/p>\n<p>                      a liberty to surrender before the court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                      fortnight for a prayer of regular bail, which shall be<\/p>\n<p>                      considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced<br \/>\n of instant withdrawal.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Permission is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Accordingly, this application with respect<\/p>\n<p>to petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4 &amp; 5 stands disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p>              The remaining three female petitioners<\/p>\n<p>apprehending their arrest in connection with a case<\/p>\n<p>registered for the offence punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>302, 201, 494\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section<\/p>\n<p>\u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act, are named accused in<\/p>\n<p>this case being in-laws of deceased sister of the<\/p>\n<p>informant, who died within five years of marriage<\/p>\n<p>under some unnatural circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>              Submission is that against the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>there is general and omnibus allegation and the<\/p>\n<p>husband of the deceased, who apart from others carries<\/p>\n<p>specific allegation of having another wife recently, is<\/p>\n<p>in custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, in the event of their arrest\/surrender before<\/p>\n<p>the court below within four weeks, let the above<\/p>\n<p>named petitioner nos. 3, 6 &amp; 7 be enlarged on bail on<br \/>\n             furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>            only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>            the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Narpatganj P.S.
