RAMKUMAR, J.\n            ----------------------------------------------------\n                Bail Application No.603 of 2011\n           -----------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 1st day of February, 2011\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the accused in Crime No.36 of 2011 of Thumba Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for an offence punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    After evaluating the       factors and parameters      which<\/p>\n<p>are to be taken into consideration in the light of paragraph 122<\/p>\n<p>of the verdict dated 2-12-2010 of the Apex Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1108032\/\">Siddharam<\/p>\n<p>Satlingappa Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra and Others<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(2010 (4) KLT 930), I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge of the police station concerned to release the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the above<\/p>\n<p>case on his executing a bond for `25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount<\/p>\n<p>to the satisfaction of the said officer and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.603\/2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      1.     The    petitioner  shall   report   before    the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The petitioner shall make himself available for<\/p>\n<p>             interrogation including custodial interrogation<\/p>\n<p>             as and when required by the Investigating<\/p>\n<p>             Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<\/p>\n<p>             the prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt<\/p>\n<p>             to   tamper    with   the   evidence    for   the<\/p>\n<p>             prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.     The petitioner shall not commit any offence<\/p>\n<p>             while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       5.
