State of Jharkhand &amp; Ors.)\n\n              Coram : The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Narendra Nath Tiwari\n\n              (In all cases)\n              For the Petitioners      : Mr.Rajesh Kumar, Advocate\n              For the Respondents      : J.C. to Sr.S.C.I\n                                    -----\n<\/pre>\n<p>\/20.07.2011          In these writ petitions, the petitioners have prayed for a direction on the<br \/>\n              respondents to take a decision on the resolution dated 25.01.2010 of Gram<br \/>\n              Sabha regarding appointment of Para Teachers in Government Upgraded<br \/>\n              Primary School, Shreekantpara, Barharwa, Sahibganj.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     It has been stated that by the resolution dated 25.01.2010, Gram Sabha<br \/>\n              of the said village has taken decision to appoint Para Teachers in the aforesaid<br \/>\n              School. The petitioners are selected candidates and they have been asked to<br \/>\n              work as Para Teacher from the date of the said resolution, but the matter is still<br \/>\n              pending for taking approval of the District Level. The petitioners&#8217; fate are,<br \/>\n              therefore, hanging in balance. The petitioners made several requests and<br \/>\n              representations, but no order has been passed till date.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Learned J.C. to Sr. S.C.I, appearing on behalf of the respondents,<br \/>\n              submitted that the District Superintendent of Education-cum-District Programme<br \/>\n              Officer, Sahibganj-respondent no.5 is the competent authority to consider the<br \/>\n              petitioners&#8217; grievance and if the petitioners file fresh representation before the<br \/>\n              said respondent, the same shall be taken up by the said respondent and<br \/>\n              appropriate order shall be passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Considering the above, these writ petitions are disposed of giving liberty<br \/>\n              to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Superintendent of<br \/>\n              Education-cum-District Programme Officer, Sahibganj-respondent no.5.
