No.44652 of 2010\n                                RAJ KISHORE RAJAK\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      19.04.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 500 liters of kerosene oil is recovered from petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                     house allegedly was kept for distribution among consumers for the<\/p>\n<p>                     purpose of safety. However, petitioner&#8217;s license is suspended.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 416 of 2010 (G.R.
