compensation.\n<\/p>\n

\nclaimant suffered bl-mt  ‘.    Rapture,<\/p>\n
abrasion (X)  left elbow, abrasion (X)
\ncm over   has been examined in this
\ncase, however, Ex.P8 series- medical
\nbilisv    It has come in the evidence<\/p>\n
  inpatient for a period of 13 days. Tribunal<\/p>\n
  mnsinef-hing  on record has awarded compensation<\/p>\n
  of Rs.24,6c\u00a7>1~–}<\/p>\n
‘    counsel \ufb01zz-1’ the appellant submits that, though
\n.  evidence was pmduced before the Tribunal. the
\n  overlooking the evidence. has granted meager<\/p>\n
 .V.-ucompensation. He submits that, the claimant has su\ufb01ered three<\/p>\n

\ncompensation is awarded on the lower side.<\/p>\n
4. Sri Poonacha, teamed counsel appearing far the insurer<\/p>\n

\ninjmy, the Tribunal   Vvfeeveonable

granted. I dgjv     to enhance. Towards
\nnouzish.mentvv’A*ag:1d  Rs.1,300\/~ is awarded,
\nsame is  ~, towards loss of amenities
\n   medical expenses, even in the<\/p>\n
