Case No. 110 of 2010 for the offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                         Section 384\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                         Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       During course of argument, it is pointed out by the<\/p>\n<p>                         learned Additional Public Prosecutor on perusal of the case diary that<\/p>\n<p>                         police has already submitted final form.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       In view of the above, in absence of anything otherwise,<\/p>\n<p>                         this application has become infructuous.
