UDAYABHANU, J.\n\n                     -----------------------------------------------------------------\n\n\n                                     B.A.NO.   2289  OF 2007\n\n                    -------------------------------------------------------------------\n\n                     DATED THIS THE  24TH DAY OF APRIL  2007\n\n\n\n\n                                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>        This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners are the accused  Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No.96\/07 of Kilikolloor Police<\/p>\n<p>Station  registered   under  Sections  41(1)(d)  and  102  of  Cr.P.C  and  Section 468  r\/w<\/p>\n<p>Section 34   of IPC and Section  55(a) of the Abkari Act.       The  petitioners are   in<\/p>\n<p>custody since 11.03.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2. Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.   It   is   hereby   ordered   that   the   petitioner   shall   be   released   on   bail   on<\/p>\n<p>executing bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction   of   the   court   below.     He   shall   not   in   any   manner   interfere   with   the<\/p>\n<p>investigation.
