The parties have agreed that similar<br \/>\n     directions be given in these matters also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     It is further submitted that after the issue of<br \/>\n     the Government Resolution dated 5th October,         1992,<br \/>\n     various non-Governmental organisations working in the<br \/>\n     field have made representations to the Government, making<br \/>\n     many suggestions for improvement and amendment.     It is<br \/>\n     also   submitted   that   the   implementation of these<br \/>\n     resolutions have also     created   many   problems    and<br \/>\n     difficulties, particularly with regard to the proof of<br \/>\n     cultivation by the tribals. Two such representations by<br \/>\n     the NGOs (Eklavya and ARCH Vahini) are produced on<br \/>\n record.\n<\/p>\n<p>It is therefore, directed that the respondent<br \/>\nauthorities shall consider these representations and<br \/>\nsuggestions and in consultation with this kind         of<br \/>\nvoluntary    organisations,    take a decision on these<br \/>\nrepresentations.     The    petitioners  to  make   fresh<br \/>\nrepresentation within three months and the authorities<br \/>\nshall consider the same within 3 months thereafter and<br \/>\nthe decision taken by the Government will be communicated<br \/>\nto the petitioners and till such time, interim relief<br \/>\nshall continue.     With these directions    both   these<br \/>\npetitions are    disposed of.
