NO. 1745 OF 2007\n               ======================\n             Dated this the 31st day of July, 2007\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Radhakrishnan, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     When the matter came up for hearing, counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent brought to our knowledge the order passed by this<\/p>\n<p>court in Con.Case(C) No.1335 of 2006, wherein there is a<\/p>\n<p>reference to a Fax message received from the Defence Ministry<\/p>\n<p>stating that the judgment has been complied with. We therefore<\/p>\n<p>find no reason to entertain this appeal.
