JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 29\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tQuashing<br \/>\nand setting aside the letter dt.6.8.2010 of the Respondent No.3 and<br \/>\ndirecting the Respondent No.1 to consider the case of the petitioner<br \/>\nfor compassionate appointment in the light of judgment dt.14.12.2010<br \/>\nin Spl.C.A. No.15955\/2010 and in the light of circular\/letter<br \/>\ndt.7.6.2000 issued by the State Government in the General<br \/>\nAdministrative Department, and in case he is found eligible to<br \/>\nappoint him to a suitable post.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tDuring<br \/>\nthe pendency and final disposal of this petition, he Respondent No.1<br \/>\nmay be directed to consider the case of the petitioner as per law.\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tTo<br \/>\ngrant such and further relief as may be deemed fit and proper.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset, Mr.A.S.Supehia, learned advocate for Mr.I.S.Supehia,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioner, states that the interest of<br \/>\njustice would be met, if the petitioner is permitted to make a<br \/>\nrepresentation to respondent No.1, to consider the case of the<br \/>\npetitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in light of<br \/>\nJudgment dated 14.12.2010 passed in Special Civil Application<br \/>\nNo.15955 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUpon<br \/>\nthe above statement being made by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner, the following order is passed:-\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner is permitted to make a representation to respondent No.1<br \/>\nwithin a period of fifteen days from today.
