Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t   \t\t\t\tGovernment Advocate\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.7847 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench to direct the respondents to consider their representation dated 20.09.1999 relating to the appointment of Secondary Grade Teacher Post, since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was transferred and numbered as Writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. No appearance for the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. It appears that the above relief has not been considered so far. At this point of time, if the grievance of the petitioners still subsists, the petitioners are entitled to make fresh representation in continuation of the representation dated 20.09.1999 to the respondents for redressing his grievance. As and when such representation is made, the respondents shall consider and dispose of the same on merits <\/p>\n<p>within a reasonable period of time from the date of such representation.
