Malooti,<\/p>\n<p>daughter of respondent Nos.1 and 2.                           According      to  the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, he married Smt. Malooti as per customary rites on<\/p>\n<p>January 23, 2008. The marriage was later registered                           at the<\/p>\n<p>Sub Registry Office at Kattakkada on June 08, 2008. It is the<\/p>\n<p>admitted position that a child is born in the said wedlock on<\/p>\n<p>October 22, 2008.           The grievance of the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>respondent Nos.1 and 2, the parents of                            his wife, are not<\/p>\n<p>permitting his wife to join him after delivery.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Smt. Malooti          is present in             court.       She is  a Post<\/p>\n<p>Graduate (M.Sc). We have talked to her.                            She submits that<\/p>\n<p>she is not under confinement. She denies the allegation that<\/p>\n<p>her parents are not allowing her to join her husband. She<\/p>\n<p>further submits that she would like to go back to her house<\/p>\n<p>along with her parents.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The above submissions are recorded and the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                         (A.K.BASHEER, JUDGE)<\/p>\n<p>                       (THOMAS P.
