It is, therefore,<br \/>\nprayed for initiation of action against the respondents under the<br \/>\nContempt of Courts Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances, we find that it would be just and proper<br \/>\nto direct the respondent No.1 to take appropriate decision upon the<br \/>\nrepresentation of the petitioner as per the order dated Oct. 30, 2009<br \/>\npassed by this Court in SCA No. 11163 of 2009 failing which the<br \/>\npetitioner be put to liberty for initiation of proceedings under the<br \/>\nContempt of Court Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\nwhile disposing of the present petition at this stage, it is directed<br \/>\nthat the petitioner shall again submit a copy of the representation<br \/>\ntogether with the papers attached with the same and a copy of the<br \/>\npresent order to respondent No.1 for compliance with the earlier<br \/>\norder as well as the present order and it is further directed that<br \/>\nthe respondent No.1 shall take appropriate decision and communicate<br \/>\nthe decision to the petitioner within a period of 3 months from the<br \/>\ndate of receipt thereof.
