Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :22\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.5799 of 2010\n             ------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 22nd day of September, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners who are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.893\/2010<\/p>\n<p>of Chengannur Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 452, 324, 323, 294(b), 427 &amp; 308 read with Section 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek their enlargement on bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage<\/p>\n<p>of investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are directed to be released on bail with effect from<\/p>\n<p>6\/10\/2010 on each of the petitioners executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>Judicial Magistrate of the First Class-I, Chengannur and subject<\/p>\n<p>to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.5799\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                      : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      1.     The    petitioners     shall    report  before  the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The petitioners shall make themselves available<\/p>\n<p>             for     interrogation         including    custodial<\/p>\n<p>             interrogation as       and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>             police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    The petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<\/p>\n<p>             the prosecution witnesses nor shall they<\/p>\n<p>             attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<\/p>\n<p>             prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
