A.G. For the respondents No.1,2,3 and<\/pre>\n<p>4.<br \/>\n       Ms. Kajal Kharate is produced by Shri Sanjay Sahu, C.S.P.,<br \/>\nShri R.K. Shukla, T.I. and lady Officer Ms.Sushmita Niyogi.\n<\/p>\n<p>       On being asked from Ku. Kajal Kharate, she stated that she<br \/>\nwas in wrongful confinement of one Sunil Ahuja and from there<br \/>\nPolice has recovered her. It is also intimated by the officers that<br \/>\nthe girl Ms. Kajal has been medically examined.            It is further<br \/>\nintimated that on the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner Ajay Kumar<br \/>\nKharate,   father    of   Ku.    Kajal,   a     criminal   case   under<br \/>\nSec.363,366,376,433 Cr.P.C. has been registered at the Police<br \/>\nStation, Gorakhpur and the investigation is in progress.\n<\/p>\n<p>       As the girl Ms. Kajal stated before this Court that she want<br \/>\nto go alongwith her father, the Police is directed to send the girl at<br \/>\nher parents house in a safe custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>       It has been intimated that the Police has registered a<br \/>\ncriminal case against the culprit and investigation is going on, so<br \/>\nno further action is required in this matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This petition is disposed of finally.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Looking to the age of the girl, publication of the<br \/>\nproceedings of this matter shall not be made in the newspapers.\n<\/p>\n<p>       No order as to costs.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n (Krishn Kumar Lahoti)                            (J.K.
