No.719 of 2011\n                                  SHANKAR SINGH\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   28.03.2011                 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner being the brother of the<\/p>\n<p>                   husband is apprehending his arrest in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                   under Sections 302, 201, 364\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is alleged against the entire in-law&#8217;s family<\/p>\n<p>                   including the petitioner that they killed the daughter of<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant and have also abducted the son of the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that son of the deceased is only eye witness,<\/p>\n<p>                   who subsequently appeared before the police and his<\/p>\n<p>                   statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded to<\/p>\n<p>                   the effect that his mother commit suicide by hang with<\/p>\n<p>                   Fan.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the statement of the son of the<\/p>\n<p>                   victim and the fact that the husband is in jail, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail,<\/p>\n<p>                   in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>           satisfaction   of   the    learned   C.J.M.,   Begusarai,   in<\/p>\n<p>           connection with Samho P.S.
