SURENDRA MOHAN, JJ.\n        ------------------------------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C) NO: 553 OF 2011\n         -----------------------------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 7th January, 2011.\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Basant, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Petitioners have come to this Court with this petition for<\/p>\n<p>issue of directions under Art.226 of the Constitution to<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2 to afford police protection to them.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioners they have secured decree from a<\/p>\n<p>Civil Court which has become final. Decree prohibits the party<\/p>\n<p>respondents from trespassing into the suit property which<\/p>\n<p>belongs to the petitioners and others.           The petitioners want to<\/p>\n<p>put up\/rebuilt a compound wall (kayyala) on one boundary of the<\/p>\n<p>suit property. That is being opposed by the party respondents.<\/p>\n<p>For this police protection is claimed.<\/p>\n<p>     2. We are afraid the petitioners have come to wrong forum.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners have to approach the court for execution of the<\/p>\n<p>decree if there is any hindrance\/obstruction notwithstanding the<\/p>\n<p>decree against exercise of lawful acts of possession by the<\/p>\n<p>Court. If this Court were to direct police protection the police<\/p>\n<p>would become the arbiter as to where the boundary wall is to put<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC 553\/2011                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>up. That obviously cannot be permitted.      Learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners himself fairly submits that earlier an application<\/p>\n<p>was filed before the execution court to execute the decree and<\/p>\n<p>that the said    petition was not pursued consequent to the<\/p>\n<p>assurance given by the respondents, that they shall not raise any<\/p>\n<p>objections. If they still raise objections it is certainly for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to approach the execution court.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
