No. 2113 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                            Against      the   judgment   and   order   dated<\/p>\n<p>                  8.12.2008\/10.12.2008 passed in Sessions Trial No.<\/p>\n<p>                  290\/1998\/210\/2005, the appellant has filed his appeal on<\/p>\n<p>                  23.9.2010. There is delay of almost two years in filing<\/p>\n<p>                  the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The reason as assigned for such delay is the<\/p>\n<p>                  miserable financial condition of the appellant.
