Kamruzama Ansari, son of Sambhuddin Ansari\n                    Both are residents of vill.-Tejapura, P.S.-Obra, Distt.-Aurangabad---------------\n                    -----------------------------------------------------------------------Petitioner.\n                                                                 Versus\n                                                       STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   25.6.2010                        Heard Learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                      For the dispute on the point of passage a quarrel took place<\/p>\n<p>                         and informant was assaulted by petitioner no.2 by means of sharp<\/p>\n<p>                         portion of a khanti inflicting grievous injury on forehead disentitles him<\/p>\n<p>                         for anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Accordingly, prayer of petitioner no.2 is rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                                      As about petitioner no.1, there is no allegation of overt act<\/p>\n<p>                         or any assault. As such, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.1 is<\/p>\n<p>                         allowed.
