According to learned counsel due to<\/p>\n<p>                      political rivalry, she was contesting the election of Mukhiya<\/p>\n<p>                      against informant&#8217;s brother and won also.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner for bail is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Let the above named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                      bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                      with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                      of C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kankerbagh P.S.
